Working alongside physicians and a dedicated healthcare team, you’ll help patients in their most critical moments with expertise, empathy, and unwavering focus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care while following established policies, procedures, and professional standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized care plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist in a wide range of emergency medical procedures.

• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation and medical records.

• Act quickly and efficiently in emergency situations, implementing appropriate interventions to stabilize patients.

• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to protect patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' conditions.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and educate patients on medication management.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Skills & Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Specialized training or certification in mental health nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health care, preferably in a clinical setting.
Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications.
